Returns Cancelation or Refund


we would like to inform you that we can not cancel your order at any stage, Once an order is placed online its proceed to our workshop shortly after.

Due to dispatch the shipment on time to Courier.

We always so keen to make sure our customers love our products and its our guarantee you will get same quality product as shown in photos, But unfortunately we can’t offer you a Refund, Return or Exchange (unless wrong or damage product) Because Personalized items that are especially made on your Request and its not sellable to others,

In case you received a wrong item or damage Product so feel free to contact us here or by WhatsApp with your Order Details and we will GUARANTEE you to REPLACE your correct ORDER within 2 to 5 working days in UAE. and International shipment take some more time.

so all items are non-returnable & non-refundable due to made or ordered with your choice of name, wording, message etc. or other customized features which making the item unique to you.

 

  1. Note for International Customers: 

    1. The Customer/Recipient is Responsible to bear all the Customs/Border clearance charges & Taxes According to Recipient's Country border/Customs Regulations & Tax Law.
    2. In case of non-payment of the customs/border clearance charges & taxes, your order could be ceased or disposed off by the customs officials or Shipping agency. Necklaces by Samaa do not take any responsibility for this unfortunate event. Furthermore, we won't be able to reschedule delivery of your order/shipment, and we will not Refund the amount you paid to us.
    3. Please make sure to provide us complete & correct contact number & delivery address details. It is entirely your responsibility to respond to the call from courier/shipping company to schedule your delivery as per their policy. incase your are unreachable or unavailable to collect your shipment until 10 days of shipment arrival at recipient's country, so Your consignment could be ceased or disposed off. Necklaces by Samaa do not take any responsibility for this. and We won't be able to reschedule or rearrange the delivery of your order. Also, we will not refund the amount you paid to us.
