We Necklace by Samaa are Delighted & Thrilled to have you as our Customer & we hope that the selection of our Lovely peice of jewellery brings joy in your life, we are always so keen to provide our level best to make sure our customers love our products & its our guarantee that you will get best & same quality product as shown in photos. However in case you changed your mind after placing an order so we would like to inform you that unfortunately we can not Cancel your order at any stage, as Once an order is placed online its proceed to our workshop shortly after. Due to dispatch the shipment on same day to Courier. 

• In case you received a Wrong item or Damage Product so feel free to contact us here or by whatsapp with your Order Details and we will GUARANTEE you to REPLACE your correct ORDER within 2 to 5 working days in UAE without any Charges and International shipment take some more time. 

Personalised items that are especially made on your Request and its not sellable to others, That’s why All items are non-returnable & non-refundable due to made or ordered with your choice of name, wording, message etc. or other customised features which making the item unique to you. For that reason we can not offer you Refund, Return or Exchange.
