We are committed to providing our utmost efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and to have our products appreciated. We assure you that you will receive a product of the same high quality as depicted in the photographs. However, if you have changed your mind after placing an order, kindly be advised that, regrettably, we are unable to cancel your order at any stage. Once an order is placed online, it is promptly forwarded to our workshop and dispatched to the courier on the same day.

• In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please do not hesitate to contact us here or via WhatsApp with your order details. We guarantee to replace the incorrect item with the correct order within 2 to 5 working days in the UAE, at no additional charge. International shipments may require additional time.

Please note that personalized items, which are specially crafted upon your request and are not RESELLABLE to others, are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes items customized with your preferred Name, Wording, Message, or other features that make each piece unique to you. Consequently, we are unable to offer Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges for such items.
